Restoration Project 1 - My Engagement Photos - Jul 1992

Restored from negatives I found recently. Following is my workflow :

1. Place negative strips on a holder - just a clear acrylic photo stand
2. Place the holder in front of my tablet with a white bright light
3, use Nikon D7000 to take photos of the individual negatives
4. Using photoshop to do the post processing.

Post processing :

- straighten the photos
- crop
- invert
- level adjustment
- curve adjustment
- save as jpeg

Result not too bad for a first try.

Our short trip to Krabi Thailand from 13-15 Dec 2011. Insha'Allah will go there again in the future. For those who wants to go there, you can contact a local friend whom I met there by the name of Lan @ HP : +66-82 8316022. He's a muslim and will show you around for good halal food. He even arranged for our island trip which also came with halal food .... Truly enjoyed our stay there ....
